Women make up nearly half of the UK workplace. In South Yorkshire we have 72,000 workforce in the NHS and social care, 34,000 of them are women between the age of 40 and 60.

We are calling on all employers to sign the Menopause Workplace Pledge and take positive action to make sure everyone going through the menopause is supported.

The pledge can be signed by all employees, partners and their families to break the stigma of menopause. By signing up we will be able to include your commitment to our Menopause Friendly accreditation which will drive positive change in their workplaces.
