SY Workforce Hub Quarterly Highlights Report (April - June 24)
Primary Care Workforce and Training Hub
The training hub aims to support in 4 key areas as shown in the roadmap with a golden thread running through of Health Inequalities and Integration.

Highlights for this period include:
- Follow up conference ‘Powering Progress – Harnessing the Potential in PCN roles attended by 61 PCN leaders and managers to hear what is working well and how to adopt Link to video
- Imposter syndrome course for new to practice and returning GPs (photo below)

- Introduction to Health Inequalities training delivered (lunch and learn)
- New cohort of Nurses on the Nurse ‘VTS’ programme
- New cohort of Nursing Associates on the NA preceptorship programme
- Opened a dedicated primary care training space at the ‘Green Estate’ manor road in sheffield
- Delivered Inter Professional Education training event for GP trainees, Nurses and Physician Associates attended by over 100 delegates
- Used training hub VR headsets to deliver training to internationally educated GPs
- Met with regional Chief Nurse, Julie Clennell to present the ReSTORE refugee programme.
