The Doncaster Anti-racism Partnership is a collaboration that brings together Doncaster NHS organisations, City of Doncaster Council, the South Yorkshire ICB, DN Colleges and wider South Yorkshire partners in education, the Police, Fire and Rescue and the voluntary sector.

As Allies and Partner organisations, we are committed to creating workplaces where every team member feels respected, valued, and supported. We acknowledge the ongoing impact of racism in society and the workplace. We also recognise that racism intersects with other forms of discrimination, including those based on gender, sexuality, disability, age, and religion.

Anti-racism is about taking active steps to identify and remove barriers so that systems, processes and cultures are fair for everyone. This partnership is the first time so many organisations in the borough have come together in this way, and the focus has been on embedding fair recruitment practices, creating shared training opportunities, and delivering consistent messaging about the importance of equality.
