- NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)
As part of the Health and Care Act 2022, NHS South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) will become a statutory organisation on 1 July 2022. NHS South Yorkshire ICB is merging the four CCG's currently working across South Yorkshire. All information regarding the Board's first meeting can be found here. - Joint Committee of Clinical Commissioning Groups
The Joint Committee of Clinical Commissioning Groups (JCCCG) is a meeting of the Clinical Commissioning Groups in South Yorkshire (SY) which is held in public. Following the meeting there will be an opportunity for questions from the public to the committee.
The JCCCG will be responsible for making decisions about any future proposals referred to it by the CCGs. Any decisions that will need to be made will have been escalated because they require an SY approach, but most decisions about healthcare will be taken locally.
The committee is made up of GPs and lay members from each of the Clinical Commissioning Groups in SY; Chief Executives from councils across SY, representatives from district Councils and local Healthwatch are not members of the Committee, but attend the meetings. - Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee
The South Yorkshire (SY) Joint Health and Overview Scrutiny Committee (JHOSC) is made up of Councillors from the relevant Places across SY. It deals with matters concerning the NHS that affect local communities. The meetings rotate around the Places in SY, so that all Members take a turn in hosting the meetings at their offices and dealing with publishing the Agendas and Minutes. - ICS Collaborative Partnership Board
Bringing the local NHS, councils and communities closer together by establishing a new Board to strengthen joint working arrangements between all organisations involved, and most importantly to further improve health and care for the 1.5 million people across South Yorkshire.

Meetings that are scheduled

The Committee had asked the South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Joint Health Overview Scrutiny Committee (JHOSC) to discuss the views from the engagement exercise on a potential standardisation of the NHS policy on prescribing Gluten Free products and this was considered at the JHOSC meeting on 20 October. Wednesday 17 April 2019 - Members of the JCCCG are currently reviewing the Terms of Reference and Manual Agreement for the Committee, which includes recommendations to hold all meetings in public (subject to holding discussions in private that are of a confidential business nature). Members are also considering a proposed approach and delegation requirements within their individual CCGs. The April meeting has therefore been postponed until these matters are completed and it is anticipated that the next meeting will be in May.
