The SYB ICS Innovation Hub and Yorkshire & Humber AHSN are co-delivering an online event, 18th November (10am-12:30pm), to showcase innovations in health and social care that involve AI and assistive robotics.

Health/social care commissioners, SME’s, innovators in academia and healthcare professionals interested in AI (or bioengineering and robotics) can find out more about the latest AI-enabled assistive technology developments across Yorkshire and The Humber that are set to improve clinical outcomes for patients, support workforce capacity and reduce system pressures.

Delegates will be able to hear from a number of organisations currently leading the way and discussing the following subjects:

  • Speakers from NHSx/NHS Digital outlining national plans
  • Discussions from health and social care speakers on reducing system pressures in the real world
  • Innovators/SMEs discussing current challenges, including ethics and data privacy issues
  • Academics/project speakers expanding on the current state of research and development
  • The Research Council and NHSx funding opportunities
  • Q&A panel discussion
