Woodseats Medical Centre - Working Win

The Woodseats Medical Centre in Sheffield has been working with the organisers of the Working Win health led employment trial to identify patients who may benefit from it. By referring 63 patients since the beginning of January, the practice is helping people who are living with mental or physical ill health to stay in work or get into appropriate employment.

March update: Implementing the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Regional Stroke Service

Changes to the way we deliver hyper acute stroke services (the care you receive for up to the first 72 hours after having a stroke) in South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw were given the go-ahead last year. Since then, we, as South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System, have been meeting as partners to plan how we implement the regional service so that we can further improve our patients’ journeys from their hyper acute care to discharge and ongoing rehabilitation.
