There has been a national call for views on how legislative change could help health and care organisations deliver the initiatives set out in the NHS Long Term plan and our own work as an Integrated Care System.
At a joint board meeting of NHS England and NHS Improvement on 28 February, national leaders launched the engagement exercise that will run until 25 April 2019, the responses from which will help develop a set of final recommendations to Ministers and Parliament later in the year.
