A Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire health trust has appointed a new Executive Director for People and Organisational Development.
Nicola Hartley, currently the Deputy Director of HR at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, will join Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) on August 1.
Nicola has worked in a range of public and private sector roles including at Jet 2, Morrisons and HJ Heinz and replaces Rosie Johnson, who retired from the Trust in March.
Nicola said:” I’m really looking forward to joining RDaSH. It is a health trust that leads the way with care for its patients and fully supports its carers, patients’ families and staff.”
