Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust (RDaSH) held their RDaSHWay Annual Staff Awards 2019 event last week to celebrate exceptional achievements of its staff and volunteers.
The event, which took place at New York Stadium, Rotherham United FC, on November 27, recognised workforce accomplishments in areas including clinical quality, patient care and partnership working.
The Trust which provides mental health and learning disability service for people in North Lincolnshire, received over 300 entries from staff, patients, carers and the public for a range of award categories.
A special posthumous award was given to former Chaplain at the Trust, Cynthia Mary Myers, who passed away earlier this year. This was to mark the excellent work she did supporting patients, carers and staff.
Alan Lockwood, RDaSH Chairman, said: “This is a really special event which recognises our talented, passionate and dedicated staff and volunteers who go above and beyond every day. We are very proud to be working with them and it’s our way of saying a big thank you to each and every one.”
A full list of winners is available on the RDaSH website.
