Brigitte Kaviani, Programme Director for People Experience at NHS South Yorkshire, said “My team has been leading on raising the awareness of Menopause in South Yorkshire in last few years.  There are huge numbers of our workforce and their families who are benefitting in a short space of time from our menopause programme of activities – but our menopause mission is about more than large numbers - we want to make a difference to people’s lives, change people’s mindset which will lead to changing workplace culture.”

MenoFest25 matters because it empowers individuals with knowledge about menopause and available support services whilst providing opportunities for open, honest conversations in a supportive community setting. The day will offer tools and resources to help friends and families become active supporters and encourage positive workplace discussions and policies around menopause.

Join the team as they make menopause a celebrated part of the conversation. Together, we can reshape the narrative — one story, one session, one step at a time.
