  • Positive action taken to improve the diversity of the Board specifically the ethnic diversity. The action taken included a review of the recruitment process and the development and implementation of an Associate Non- Executive programme

Outcome 3B: Board/Committee papers (including minutes) identify equality and health inequalities related impacts and risks and how they will be mitigated and managed
