As previously communicated, the integrated Doncaster Care Record (IDCR) will be closed down at the end of March 2025. Existing IDCR users should now be onboarded onto the Yorkshire and Humber Care Record (YHCR) and from the 1 April 2025, each organisation will be guided through a wider onboarding process for which will be our principal shared care record solution across South Yorkshire.

The YHCR will provide you with a single place to access health and care information from different providers across our region and where relevant information will be shared from our neighbouring integrated care systems (West Yorkshire, and Humber and North Yorkshire).
