Digital Strategy Discovery Sessions – January 2025

There is a need in South Yorkshire to refresh the Digital Strategy and set out the transformational plans across the Integrated Care System (ICS). This strategy will act as an umbrella to individual organisations’ Digital Strategies in South Yorkshire and will be led and managed by the NHS South Yorkshire (ICB).

We are at the point in development where we need stakeholder views to make sure the Digital Strategy we develop is effective and delivers system wide benefits across the ICS.  With that in mind, we are running a series of “discovery sessions” to gain views from key stakeholders to incorporate into the strategy.

The ICB will be hosting discovery sessions in the first two weeks in January 2025 and would like your help in sharing the session information and times to ensure we involve the right mix of stakeholders including Service and Transformation leads, Chief Information Officers and equivalents, and representatives from the Alliances in South Yorkshire.

Further discussions will take place at relevant forums to look at enabling programmes including; Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation, Research and Innovation and Clinical Safety.
